OPEIU 23 is a democratically run union committed to improving wages and working conditions in the workplace since 1936.

Local 23 is over 1,000 members strong in Washington, working in county government, private business, social service agencies, legal firms, medical and mental health care professions and office employees of other major labor unions in the area.
